It’s a high efficiency solar panel that was designed at Canterbury University by high profile renewable energy expert and company founder Professor Arthur Williamson.

The panel maximises the benefits of both the common types of solar heating panels – ‘evacuated tube’ and ‘traditional flat plate’ models.
The Thermocell panel is designed to start operating at low temperatures and designed to fall just short of boiling the cylinder water, in doing so eliminating thermal stress on the hot water cylinder and components, reducing harm to the roof penetrations and doing away with the extra valving necessary to dump boiling water on to the roof and down plastic gutting.
Contemporary Design
Art-Line is the ‘in roof’ option for new homes. It is the only true system on the market that is fully integrated into the roofline. This creates an effect that can’t be differentiated from a skylight. It has proven to be an excellent choice for those who want the benefits of solar heating but wish to keep the integrity of their roofline.”

Qualified Installers 
Thermocell use experienced fully qualified ‘Craftsman Plumbers’ or ‘Registered Plumbers’ to install and commission our solar systems. Thermocell installers have also completed EECA’s solar training course.
Size does matter
Thermocell panels are always specified on the generous size to ensure customers aren’t disappointed with their solar system. If you are looking at other solar systems always compare the square metre of collector area on offer. Remember the Thermocell panel is a high efficiency panel.
Discolouration
Thermocell panels are designed and manufactured to strict specifications and are not prone to discolouration or rust.

Warranty
